My sofa feels firmer than the one on display. Has the wrong cushioning been used?

It is quite natural for your new sofa to feel or look a little different to the one on display in store. This is because your sofa is brand new and made to order just for you while the one on the store has been sat on by hundreds of customers. Just like a good pair of shoes, a sofa needs to be worn in. With regular use your sofa will soften to your expectations.
